Heh, I was in the middle of setting it up!

I've set it up to make the events list a bit more visible than being a list tucked away in another thread - I hope this will be of benefit to both punters and organisers of 'other' events who might feel edged out...

Good idea

If you can pencil in our cold war game for October of this year and pacific theatre game for July next year.

I can give you concrete dates after f&o this weekend.

Only other events we'll be running is a training day probbly later this year at minimal cost again and a private battle of sorts with KGSS (hi kit spec low numbers minimum cost) probably be 2 commando and partisans vs ss and brandenburgers in the balkans

That will prob be early 2009.

I actually need to have stuff well in advance dave so i can make sure i dont double book myself with music festivals, clubnights and the like, plus the PTO game needs a massive run up to get folk into it and getting kit.

Sure, I'll just have to make sure folk know in the themed events section.

Obviously a very good rule we have to stick to but it wil be weird as the vast majority of folk there wil be the wwii players so i'd hater for anyone (like josh say) to think it was free weekend and book something in for there

but it opens up a whole can of worms if things are not kept strictly wwii

That's right, cause then we'd be obliged to promote Josh's Cold War game too! :ghey: :|
