Now, I've finally got the money and possibility to buy one of these things... What do people think of them?

:good: Thanks in advance ( I could google but I would prefer a WW2 'softers opinion rather than some gearhead who hates it because it doesn't have RIS rails)

I've got one sat next to me right now!

It's a sturdy workhorse and upgrading is very easy, but watch out for the weight and the strength of the stock. If you get one I'd recommend replacing the screws that hold the stock in with longer ones.

That aside it's a great gun just buy a sling and have great fun with it!

Great made gun really looks the part, pretty heavy to lug around all day and out of the box they tent to be 400+ Fps three of us bought one each and i think one was chroned at 440fps, so like me (Just ordered the sping) you will need to bring the FPS down to 330.

The only problem we had was trying to get mags for them, they seem to be in short supply so if you have the offer to grab extra mags go with it
Great piece of kit

I have the asia electric gun version, found it just as good as the agm version although I found the gearbox in the asia version to have better bearings (steel and not brass)

theres pictures here on my photobucket for down grading as well

only problem I found with the asia version is that the mags are a bit pants :ghey: dont think the spring in them is up to the job :P always winding the buggers

havent had a chance yet to try the agm mags in it yet :|

If you dont mind the size and weight of it then they are decent.

They almost allow you to compete against TM/Cyma Thompsons with a german gun

just buy them froma diy shop, the one's in mine are 4" long and about 1.5 times as wide as the originals. you'll have to drill a pilot hole to make them fit so be careful not to go straight through the exterior!
