Talk to AIM on here, paul had systema internals and a silencer put onto his sten by shoot and scoot.

Prophet (I think) has made one too. IIRC, he thinned the end of 40mm PVC pipe to fit in place of the short barrel jacket.

I recently did this to my sten all i did was bought a long silencer, wore the ends down a bit so it looks a bit more WW2 then removed about half the foam inserts and put pipe lagging inside so it grips the outer barrel firmly and finished it off with a MkIIs canvas sleeve. Hope this is some help.

Where did you get your canvas sleeve from,the only place that i can see that sells them is
http://www.ima-usa.com . and they look ugly

Hi Chaps
Gadge is partly right , the front end was very kindly and well made by shoot and scoot., the rest was down to john milbank who writes the devil in the detail for Ai

Can i ask how you attached it to the sten,i cant see any thread on mine.Is yours only held on by the foam in the silencer and the sleeve or something else thanks.{p.s what silencer do you use }

Necropost, I guess it's better than making a new topic?

So I recently bought one of Warren's sten silencers, Have you guys used to two screws to attach it to the front end, or just the original one? Seems pretty flimsy with just the one. Also the suppressor is a tad too wide compared to the body, need some tape etc to make it snug.

Why do you always carry that umbrella?
-Bad memory. Never could remember the password. Knew no Jerry would carry one. Had to prove I was an Englishman, you see.
