Has anyone used an APS2 hop with a VSR cylinder / nozzle? The wooden stock on my project is very narrow and the believe the APS2 has a smaller diameter, even it is only a few mm it will be worth it.

I found out about it far too late, had i know about it before I bought my expensive VSR barrel I would have definitely used it. I found the VSR hop unit a bit chuncky so i have to sand away quite a bit to get it to fit...would love to know what happens if you do go for it though
yep,
did a few K98 this way,
but you have to turn the air nozzel down etc,
but worth having a nicer hop unit, and not having to do the tricky mag release
allso worth looking at other donor guns for a smaller OD mate !
