Actualy am looking for it also. Looks like it is top secret for airsoft industry.
But i fixed my broken chamber so maybe yours can be also repaired.
Broken is the piece thats holds barrel right?
Try to glue it with some loctite. Same what i did in one of my stens.
As for rubber hop-up. Buy G&G green one. Its much better. If not the best.

I don't know where to buy in UK but for sure you can find somewhere.
Hope you managed "sten hop-up issue". There is few websites with "how to" fix it so it works properly.
Must admit, I've not had my ACM sten apart, but the original Viva Stens had an AK hop unit installed, mounted at 90 degrees. Could be an option. the hop was enabled by drilling a threaded hole in what was the new 'top' of the hop unit, and adding a screw.
Ak hop up will not fit agm barrel bushing.
