I'll get one when/if they come out. Not fussed about them having small errors. If it looks like a 1928 thats enough for me.
I broke new bounds recently in my gun purchases. I went over the £400 mark, on my springfield. Prior to that it was £280.
Any other suppliers for this spotted yet? It's actually in circulation now, Kapowwe in the US has sold their first shipment & are expecting their second on the 21/7.
I still find the £250 price tag hard to swallow considering it's $199/£122 in the US & the only other seller I can find is Finnish & have it for £194. When the dollar price tag is lower than the pound cost I can't help but feel that something, somewhere's gone terribly wrong
Yeah, the drum mag does seem expensive by itself. Still doesn't explain why it's over twice as expensive to buy the gun in the UK as it is in the US, they both come with the drum mag.
465fps, I can see me making a few £££ doing power downgrades

bearing in mind it's just a stock M1A1 with a bodykit and a circular hicap, i'd be 99% certain it's the same internals, which run at about 360fps stock.
They do say that the ones they tested were 365 FPS, which seems the average from other suppliers I've seen. Still strikes me as hot, what ever happened to 320-330FPS as the average?
465fps with 0.12g BB
360fps with 0.2g BB (if I calculated correctly)
it seems to be in stock on evike.com
Please let know if you find someone that sells spare parts ( coiled barrel, front handgrip, sights, drum mag...)
I was informed that the reason for the high quoted fps on alot of the US is to impress the US kids, you know " ZMOG, its like awesome and can like soooo kill you" type thing. So the chrono all weapons with .12s. Gotta love the marketing ploy.
I just noticed this is officially licensed by Kahr Arms (Current owners of Auto Ordnance).
Why do they let them get away with painting 1928 markings on an M1A1 receiver??
