I was just browsing a German auction site and found a full metal M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle masquerading as an 'Elite Force 918' 
Is this the long awaited Chinese BAR? A rebranded Vega Force? Or something else entirely? The price is about the same as the Vega Force model, and it looks very similar.....

It looks to be a custom built BAR. I don't think it would be vega force for that price. Looks interesting though...

The Elite Force BAR is a rebranded VFC
IIRC, no BAR had semi, just 2 different rate autos.
The VFC BAR has full auto / safe only. The rate of fire is the same for both full auto settings. The Elite Force is a rebranded VFC for sure (I had two of those myself).
It is indeed very strange that he writes that his one is semi automatic only, this would be a complicated mod. Maybe it was done to make it legal, full auto airsoft
guns are forbidden in Germany if they shoot at an energy level above 0,5 joule.
