Just a query for those with vsr hop nodded Tanaka's or PPS Rifles. Recently got a Pps kar98, how is the standard hop rubber? I have a spare maple leaf rubber so was thinking of fitting it before I spend time bedding in the stock one.
The stock PPS hop rubber is fairly good ,I've never felt the need to change it or the barrel but as I use mine only at sub 350fps I can't say how much better it could be at 500fps with a better hop rubber or better barrel .
