Does anyone have any experiance with these plans? How easy are they to build etc?

And slightly differently, has anyone got a Vickers out yet? I've seen two or three(one at gunman, one at UCAP Kermit & Major were building) but they are custom /one off builds.

i have used his sten and sterling plan's, they are useful but far from complete or detailed.much of the design will be in you'r hand's but they are good for the overall dimensions.

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well

No, noone has released a mass produced Vickers. In fact, it's pretty safe to say, noone ever will, given the amount of ancillaries associated with the gun. Shoot & Scoot are the closest to "manufacturing" that you will find.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

I thought so, but one lives in hope.
Can anyone comment specifically on his Vickers plans?
I'm looking for info for a build, and that seems the only way to get a decent plan.

Not the Vickers specifically, but I've got their Sterling and Sten plans, and whilst they're not 100% accurate, they're close enough to build a very good replica.
If I had the time free to build it, I'd happily pick up the Vickers plans as a project base.
Pretty much what Evo has said, I have(or had) his Barrat, sterling, and .50 cal plans and was thinking about getting the plans for the MG42 and the Vickers, but my time is full enough as it is at the moment without trying to make any more guns.
Good luck if you do go ahead with them.
