Hi,
I have a problem with KWC KCB76AHN CO2 M1911 replica. Namely, I do not know how to remove the inner barrel from the outer one. They are connected with a pin protruding the slot in the outer barrel and sitting in the hop-up chamber of inner barrel. Does anybody has the experience how to disassemble/disconnect of these two parts?

Most probably. But how? Regular pliers (even small) are not so suitable.

Could you use a nail or thin piece of metal to knock it out?

The hole is not a through hole and punching this pin in can smash Hop-Up chamber.
Maybe this solution is only one-way without the option of disassembly.

Drill in a small hole, thread it, then use an appropriate screw to pull it out?

Try heating it, different metals expand at different rates, if the fitting is ally and the pin steel then the ally should expand quicker making the pin loose

Just grip the pin with a pair of needle nose pliers, it isn't tight and pulls out easily.

Try a different pair of pliers....it will come. Or ........drill through from the other side with a slightly smaller drill until it just touches the pin ,then drift it out.
I have done dozens of these and the pin has always pulled out with pliers.
Pete.
