I am having an issue with my KWC Luger. The issue is range and lack thereof. After about 40 feet the BB nosedives into the ground.
Do these even have a hop up?

Well, I made a nub for this out of a small half section of WD40 tube. It works but I now need to run 0.4g BBs through it. But at least it now hops something.

my wife has the kwc po8, she has no range issues at all. are you leaking co2 ? is the barrell clean ? and most important are you using good quality bb's

With any weight BB it just will not actually hop anything. There is no hop up effect.

This is odd, my KWC P08 was over-hopping, I spent some time making the nub smaller with a dremmel. What fps are you getting?

I'm afraid without having a look at it I'm not sure what to suggest then. 330 should get you some decent range.
Mine did have a hop, apparently the only one here that does! If you are comfortable field stripping it and getting some pics of the barrel/hop unit/chamber (such as it is) I can possibly advise on fitting a hop. I've done a walk through on adding an o-ring hop to a revolver and will be doing one for flat hops as well if you are interested.
