I have a non working WE luger and want to get a working Luger but as I consider the WE to be complete pap am thinking of investing in the Tanaka. Does anyone have a Tanaka? are they worth the extra money? and do the WE magazines fit them?

WE mags work and yes they are worth the extra. I wish I never sold mine.

it would seem they only work in the more recently produced models as having handled a pair of tanaka lugers i noticed that one accepted the we mags (annoyingly not mine) whereas the other just didnt agree with them at all.

as for performance, the tanaka really knocks the WE copy into a cocked hat, os if you can find one get it as you really wont be disappointed :good:
