do not know if this topic be fine.
a question
my garand shoots well
but did not charge me last bullet (Bb)
when the magazine (magazine) have only a BB, do not shoot, shutter (lever arms) hangs back.
virtually
last bullet is not chambered or forfeited

to you like that??
how can you do?
sorry for my bad English

It could be that over time the spring that feeds the bb has been compressed a little. I had this problem with my 1911 magazines as they had been left loaded by a previous owner. I took out the spring and stretched it a little. If it happens again I will probably just get a new set. This might be the problem in your Garand but I'm sure someone else here will have experienced this issue.

problem solved
I added a thick (foam-rubber) in the left.
Now it works, shoot last BB!
magazine exits (jumps away)

yeah it looks like the spring lost some of it's force. My 1911 wouldn't lock the slide back when the mag was empty because the springs were old.

you can grab them off ebay sometimes quite cheap. I have dealt with the northridge ebay shop quite a few times.

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Northridge-International-Inc/M1-GARAND-RIFLE-/_i.html?rt=nc&_fsub=216362015&_sid=3436185&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14.l1581&_pgn=3

had a quick browse he has some very expensive ones atm, i suggest contacting them as they are usually very helpful.
