Not sure how new this news is, but Marushin are releasing a new CO2 version of their M1 Carbine. Kick, recoil and firing speed significantly increased over the 134a gas one. Shame it's not the Para stock but nothings perfect in life.

Oooohhhh the Marushin M1 Carbine CDX - I posted info on here when I spotted it last year on Marushin's own website, but I haven't seen those videos before
Although its unclear if he entertains international orders, the gunsmith baton site seem to be selling them for around £260 when converted from yen.

If you browse the site with Chrome it will offer to translate for you
I noticed that he has magazines listed beneath the gun listing, but he is out of stock at the moment. Those work out at £33.
I also notice he has linked Marushin CDX branded 12g CO2 cartridges Hopefully the gun doesn't take proprietary CO2 cartridges?
I already have an 8mm Marushin M1 Carbine and I love how lightweight and maneuverable it feels compared to other rifles, but 8mm is a pain.
I so want one of these - can you tell - but I'll probably wait until I know if it takes regular 12g CO2 cartridges before deciding.

Just to let everyone know, this is now available (albeit pricey!)

ouch, and far too hot!
Who on earth wants a carbine at 400 fps, they are supposed to be oversized pistols.

C02 though so getting the fps down should be fairly straightforward
I'm looking forward to seeing some video reviews of this just to see if marushin changed the design or simply used more effective materials.
EDIT: Plus you'll be able to use the original export model magazines in it should you wish to tackle the FPS issue without busting it open
Looks nice, having owned an 8mm Marushin M1 and brought an 8mm M2 all i can say is I hope they have improved the durability of the internals. Also the aftermarket parts for Marushin are almost impssoible to get hold of.
