Just wondering if anyone has ever given any though toward a stg44 to mkb42h conversion (as the differences are minimal), outwardly at least it seems like a simple job, the only tricky bit would be making the correct CAD files for a replacement front sight and muzzle nut, as well as trimming the body for the mp40 style safety.
Obviously if you were converting an agm stg44 you would have to leave the handrip alone but the rest seems perfectly possible.

Sorry if I'm putting a wet blanket on this; but why would you want to field a protoype model rifle? It'd seem as odd as a Brit' player running around with a STEN MkI.
