hello, could you put the bolt of a kar98, onto an mp001?

Do you mean the complete bolt or just the bolt handle?
If you mean the complete bolt from what? Dboy?
I suppose it is possible but it would require an awful lot of work as it is a smaller diameter & length to the mp001 bolt. You are far better altering the appearance of you mp001 bolt. Look in the K98 springers thread, Boshmans conversion is a work of art, he even shows how its done
Here's my attempt using a Dboy K98 bolt as a donor for the handle and rear/safety:
