Does anyone know if the SRC Mp40 hi-cap mags work in the AGM/ASG Mp40 ?

Out of the box, no they won't. With some modding it may work. Worth remembering that SRC hicaps don't even want to work in SRC guns 
Not sure about newer batches, but original hicaps seemed to be guff. The pick-up wheel inside the hicap mech only had 3 prongs, which were in effective at actually picking bb's up, where similar sized/shaped mags(uzi, mp5, etc), have a minimum of 4 prongs on the pick-up.
