When I am firing I find the hammer does not return to battery very well. I have a video of the issue and you will see the hammer seems kind of weak. This means it is not hitting the mag release valve with enough force to release gas. Any ideas?

I can only assume I have done something after replaced the standard spring with the CO2 upgrade one.

Video of the issue, there is a fully gassed mag in there.

Try tightening the screw holding the hammer spring in and threadlocking it. Mine worked loose after a handful of shots.

As above ,you have to take the front of the bolt with the nozzle off then there is a long screw that goes through the hammer spring and it gets loose reducing the tension on the spring ,just take it out ,add some locktight and screw it back in .be careful removing the front of the bolt as there's a ball bearing on a spring that falls out and is easy to loose ,to remove the front is easy ,there's a screw in a slot on the bottom of the bolt ,just remove the screw and pull the front off ,just watch out for the ball bearing and spring .

Thanks guys, but I have done that. In fact I replaced the spring again today just in case it was a dud.

It did not work from the very first shot.

It's almost like I am supposed to fit 2 springs in there as they'd fit.

With the one spring and with the long screw in there nice and tight has no effect. It is still too weak to hit the release valve with any power.

I had a bad spring. I'd not thought to measure them, until last night.

It seems that one was around a quarter of an inch shorter.

The normal cause is the main screw coming loose inside the bolt. Have you put some locktite on there?
