Does anyone have either of these who could let us know the pros and cons?

For example I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that the Lee Enfield bolt is stiff or something, but otherwise I've never seen any reviews anywhere (and missed the relevant AI issue that covered the Enfield).

Reason being we've just come into a windfall from the taxman and may not be able to resist getting one.

Have decided against a Sten already because Anne thinks they look "gay" (her words not mine).

Enfield is great... basically its an APS2 with all the advantages of that, but with a wonderful real wood body to it.

The bolt was stiff initially... but not too bad. Now I have a teflon cylinder in it though its beautiful!

The hop as standard is fixed... this may not be to your taste, but thats up to you. Thats just the way APS2s work... if you want to know more about APS2 internals check the sniper section on ASCUK... its pretty much all valid to the enfield...

Discuss it all with Warren and he will be able to make it to your requirements!

I have not yet seen a Bren working well... I saw one a while back, but it was in a bit of a state... I await seeing one thats a bit more cared for!

My sten is great... doesn't look gay at all! Personally I prefer the MKV over the MKVI... Again ask Warren and he can do the mod to put the battery in the stock and the bbs in the mag... he could also upgrade the gearbox if you require some extra oumph!
