The MP41 has been pegged for release a number of times now, initially being as early as a month after their MP40. This shot show is (as far as I'm aware) the third time theyve shown it as a new product!
Perhaps they are waiting for enough interest to build before releasing such a niche item?

Was told late October ,he tells me the metals parts are all go but the wooden stock is whats holding release up
