This weapon is a toggle luger- style action. Thinking of using 25 round mag to feed empty cases, loaded with airsoft bb's. Not sure how this will work out.

Making this shell ejecting will be very difficult. A toggle lock needs to be pretty spot on firing live rounds, with gas (I presume this will be your power source) you need to get the bolt face right and a seal between your gas source and the bolt.
