I think its a striker or trigger problem.

When i fire the rifle , i hear a click (sounds different to normal ) , and a tiny phutt of gas, but not enough to fire the bb
all 4 magazines do the same.

Have you tightened up the long bolt inside the bolt assembly?

If that fails, send the bolt to me and I'll have a look at it.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

that happened one time to me it was that the spring shrink by milimiters loose tension (dont know how to say it) I showed it to my Dad (he has more skills than me I always ask him before I fu.. up something) I asked if I should stretch the spring and he said that it wouldn’t work or not last so he suggested me that I should put a little washer inside between the main bolt spring and the plastic thing that aligns the spring to the screw (Part No.31)
I spent a couple of hours looking all my dad washers in he’s workshop and finally found one that fit just perfect I reassembled the bolt and tried and it worked perfect.
If you want I could take pictures of the washer and measure it with a Vernier caliper but it has to be tomorrow since its 03:45 am here haha don't want to make noise
Ps: I checked my orthography errors but forgive my grammar English is not my birth language and the picture of the 31 part has copy rights of wgcshop feel free to delete it or let me know I will erase it as fast as I can if there is any problem with it, have a nice day I hope being of help

Last night i got it out and had a look.
i tightened the screws on the bottom of the bolt and the rifle fired 5 rounds from each of the 4 mags no worries.

when i tried another 5 through each 2 mags were fine, and two gave the fault again. im not sure if its the mags now.

also as all my gas is at the site in mancester, i didnt fancy a 20 mile drive to get some gas.
a bit more testing needed i think

it could be a leak in the mags too, one of my mags have a little crack inside I use propane here and usually is between 25c to 30c when I play I did noticed that mags expanded a bit because they are harder to get inside the gun. to check leaks in my mags I use medical alcohol you can find it on a pharmacy and submerge the mag in the alcohol and see where the bubbles start coming out that way you know if is the seal in the back, valve or in my case a little crack in the bottom of the mag.

i tightened the screws on the bottom of the bolt and the rifle fired 5 rounds from each of the 4 mags no worries.

Those monkies can work loose, in particular part 37 making it impossible to withdraw the bolt properly (but you can reach it with a screwdriver through the empty magwell easily enough).

But the long bolt (part 32) inside the bolt assembly may well have worked loose making variable or weak tension on cocking. Be very careful when disassembling the bolt as there is a tiny detent spring and ball bearing (28 & 29) that will pop out when you withdraw part 27. You can then reach the head of the long bolt 32 with a screwdriver without (from memory) dissembling anything else.
