Does anyone have one of these:

Heathen!
I don't understand?
Fake "1928".
They aren't a very accurate copy, but I am going to also get one, anyway. My 'captured' MP40 is a great gun -especially for the price- but I want a Brit/Commonwealth weapon, and I can't get a Sten out here.
EDIT: sorry, didn't see No1Son's post - exactly, fake 1928 (still getting one though I know...)

Please excuse my ignorance but could you explain "Fake 1928"
Is it bad? what's wrong with it and what should one be looking at instead of this gun? or what could be done to this to make it correct? Only asking as I have no previous experience of Allied weapons in their airsoft versions.
Cheers.
The upper reciever on it is the M1A1 reciever, not the 1928 reciever which has the cocking lever on the top of the gun.

I built one, a couple of years ago when the Cyma M1a1 came out. .
Added a real foregrip, cutts compensator, and drum mag.
Not got as far as moving the bolt handle to the top, as frankly, I lost interest in doing it.

Pretty much. All that is really 'fake' about it is that they've been lazy in the design and just turned their M1A1 into an 'almost' 1928.I'm still getting one, it still looks closer to the part with Commonwealth kit than an M1A1.

Someone on the US forum has done quite a nice job of converting the reciever on one of these http://ww2aa.proboards.com/index.cgi?bo ... 164&page=1
I converted my old one too, with a bit of car body resin and a dremel.... didnt take a lot of work
