Anyone know exactly what to do here, I've got the uzi hicap which came from HK yesterday, need to know how to strip it, there's a pin in the top near the feed mechanism, but was wondering if the heal cap at the bottom of the magazine slides off or not? Any ideas?

Cheers in advance blokes.

Funny enough i was going to ask wheter thompson mag internals would go in the mp40 mags.

I'm not mad for hi-caps i'd just rather something around the 80 - 150 mark than the current 50 as i cant see 50 giving you much scope.

Regarding stripping the Uzi mag. Push the pin out completely. Pull the guts of the magazine out the top of it, slide the baseplate off the magazine. Job done.

WRT Thompson magazine internals fitting in MP40 mags, its a no-go. The Thompson magas are a *lot* wider.

What else do you need to do for this conversion, I`m sure there was a post detailing it on here but can`t find it.

I am sure there is a thread on this forum, but the link below details how to convert the top MP40 mag and is exactly the same process for the AGM MP40 mag
