VSR Mags for S&S M1 Garand

IS it possible to convert VSR mags for use in the Garand? as everywhere has run out of the shotgun mags.

oh, thats not good :(
are there any alternatives to shotgun mags that dont pertrude out ot the magwell?

There's been some luck with cutting down M14 midcaps, but that's all I am aware of.

Dunno not done it... From what I've seen it's not as cheap/convenient/nice as the shotty mags.

Looks ok for a G43 conversion, may look odd in a M1 though ....

I used the same method to cut down mags for my Garand but cut alot more out of them so they protrude less, only about 1/2 an inch. They hold about 14 rounds which I think is the same as the shotgun mags, but the mid caps are obviously more expensive each.

I have ordered some of the G&P shotgun mags, that should work..
