I am wondering why there seems to be 2 finishes for the black new or antique but the site above just sell black or silver and you will get the antique finish for black.

Collected mine a couple of days ago, only got held up by customs for 10 days this time, (4 weeks for my Sterling 
), I got it from CWI so I payed a bit more than if I'd waited for other retailers to get them in stock but I wasn't going to chance missing out on these, once everything has been included, cost of Webley, Shipping, Tax & Handling Fee it stands me at £190.
Currently can't find my camera otherwise I'd post some pictures, I have it in front of me and it's very nice, I got the black one it doesn't seem painted more like it's been chemical blued which gives it a very authentic look to go along with it's authentic weight.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, will try and have a plink in the garden and let you know what it's like

Customs set a fee, (VAT @ 20% on cost of item and shipping costs), it is then upto the company who'll be delivering it to collect it off you along with their 'handling fee'
In my case this was ParcelForce who want paying before they release the package, their handling fee is £13.50, other companies will invoice you after they've delivered.

I've ordered one from EBairsoft, it seems that price £118.00 is inclusive of postage. They haven't charged me any.
Got one inbound for a team mate. Will power down to sub 350 (on unrestricted shells) and fit a hop unit, then post results. Done a couple of nagants a few month back and they were cracking fun!

It was, then RMG discovered they were breaking the law (they lost a few cases in the small claim courts relating to this), then as if by magic new legislation was quietly bundled through in 2010 that more or less made it legal to hold you to ransom for your parcel. Funny that.
“(4A)A postal operator may detain a postal packet to which this section applies until any duties and charges in respect of the packet that are recoverable by virtue of subsection (3) have been paid.â€
It's a disgrace, but pretty much indicative of the way RMG operate. It's been on its arse for years now and is gradually declining due to ridiculous 'in house' initiatives that cost a fortune but don't actually provide any benefit to the people who receive the service.

The price was due to a fall in the USD against the £ and they shipped it as a $10 toy so no UKBA or customs confiscation.

Have you chaps who've ordered it from EBairsoft also send them a copy of your specific defence to print out and attach to the package, or are you just waiting if/for customs to contact you and then send them your specific defence proof?

Yes always do but I don't tend to send them a copy of my AFRA card, don't like doing that.
I give them one line to write on the box and it was on the box.
