OK 3 of us who went to OP Sealion were impressed by the quality of the MP44`s we managed to secure the last 3 AGM ones in the UK.
So what sling do you guys use?
I see it has the same Butt attachment as the K98. Is this where I start?

There was no Stg/MP44 sling in WWII. The manual even shows the standard K98 sling. There are some dodgy webbing jobbies which some claim to be late war, but most experts dismiss these as post-war yogoslavian etc. with fake stamps on them, as the details don't add up.
