Wellll...sort of. The tagline is: "Year after year the Brits go over the the second world war again" which has become a bit of a standing joke in Germany after 60-odd years.
The text reads "Summertime is wartime. Even now, tens of thousands of Brits head for militaria festivals in order to replay the second world war with original uniforms, Jeeps and Panzers. The paradox is that hardly any want to represent Her Majesty's troops. It's much cooler to go into battle with swastikas and SS runes on your uniform".
The thrust of the video is about nostalgia for the past and harking back to simpler times, but to the horror of politically correct Germans (their words) the most popular side in these wargames seems to be the Nazis. However it's less to do with politics and more to do with the thrill of playing the bad guys. The best bit of the video is a line which I think I'll copyright - "Stepping boldy into the past". Oh, and they also make the point that for a show called War & Peace you'd need to root around a bit to find the Peace part
