Hoping to set up a group meeting for the Sunday 7th of March at mine as its central to us all ,to discus.
Dates of what events you can travel to the day before and what events you can attend.
Structure in the group..'ie' right jobs for the person or what you would like to do for the group.
How the display should be set out..what should be added what should go were.
Emergency contact numbers..we all have each others phone numbers but it might be a good idea to have a note book in the first aid box with emergency contact numbers for us all.
I wont go though it all now...but i'm sure you'll all agree there is a ton of stuff to talk about.
