Civilian players will require ID passes. Please PM me with a digital picture or scan that I can incorporate into your pass. These should be head and shoulders shots, either straight on (like a modern passport picture) or three quarters (looking off to the side slightly). You should wear period clothes for the picture but no hats. The pass has additional information:
Name [try to pick suitable one - Francoise sounds better than Kylie for a 1940's resistance fighter]
Surname
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Profession

You can either provide those details or else I'll make some stuff up. If you don't supply a picture I'll select a suitable one for you

Civilians who fail to send me a photo will have ID cards that look a bit like this:

I was going to say that you should also force them to have such faces (somehow) so we are not confused when checking ID papers... But then I thought 'Would the US troops check them'?

yesir

my question wasn't infering a slap dash American stereotype though, more of a 'would a forward unit' check ID cards routinely? I mean if there are Belgians wanting to enter a 'secured area' then obviously we need to check who has pastry chef on their occupation - so we know who to let in, or if we need to find a certain person for OSS or some such.

Actually fair enough, the more I list 'exceptions' the more the list grows to include everything.

Document checking it is Sir!

I'm a bit late on board for this but I'll get a suitably shady looking picture to you by the weekend.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

I'm printing the ID cards on Saturday morning, so I'll need all photos by end of today please.

C'mon guys, it's really not that hard. Use the camera in your mobile phone if you have to. You can send them to me here or email them to marty_pants@hotmail.co.uk or MMS them to me - 0780 968 5912

or you could let me choose something suitable for you.....
