Still aching but slept like a log last night. Just wanted to say thanks to the organisers for putting on the event and to all the people who turned up in the midst's of the storm. The weather couldn`t have been any better if you had organised it real Ardennes Snow flurries and in the afternoon crisp clear even a bit of sun. I got to wear my great coat and Oma schal something which I have never done in game even having had the coat for more than ten years! Thanks to all of the Heer Zug who fought gallantly seems like a bit of a thing now me being put as the Zug leader.

Until the next one,

Hals- und Beinbruch

I couldnt agree more!

It was a slow start, the weather makes everyone slow, and that before we introduced the actual snow storm 🙂 We got there in the end and it was fantastic to see the Germans all working to well together 🙂

Days later and I'm still cold! thanks for putting on a great game, loved the sound of tanks approaching as we huddled shivering in our trench!

see you at the next game

@crowley I am glad the sound of incoming tanks had that effect! I've watched the footage back, and you can hear it really clear...
