You're better off PM'ing Josh, (Target). It's his game, and site, so pyro rules are down to him.
Without second guessing him, if it's a commercially made pyro device, it *should* be fine, but as I said, the last word is Josh's.
*EDIT* Having said that, he's at the Sevastopol game this weekend, so you won't get a reply until monday at the earliest. Unless you're there too.
