Please note that 8mm WILL be allowed at out Arnhem game, good news to some I hope.
Please stick to the 1J + 5% for auto, 2.32J max single shot.
.34g = 252fps + 5% auto, 383fps max single
.45g = 219fps + 5% auto, 333fps max single

Thanks Chombley. It meens ic can use my M1 carbine. Exelent knews. Especialy since Iv ordered a Sten and a Thompson.

Are these power limits the same for 6mm? I'm wondering what spring to run in my enfield. I run it at 1.3J in Guernsey. I can drop it below 1J by putting the orginal spring back but then you don't realy feel the shot.
Yes, energy limits are the same whatever size or wieght of BB.

yes... but an enfield is bolt action and hence comes under the increased fps for snipers doesn't it chomley?
Yup

Cheers Guys
Minimum engagement ranges for people with single action/sniper rifles would apply, think it is normally 30 feet. Make sure you have your side shooter on you ![]()

Is their a Limit for the .27g 8mm BB? or are we asumed to be using the heavyer types?

You do the maths - it's energy limits that matter!

Fair enough mate, just wanted to make sure.

fps calculator:
http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/articles ... s_calc.htm
I make it:
.27g = 283fps + 5% auto, 429fps max single
But don't quote me... try it yourself!
