Ooh! Have we got a video guy coming?

My colleague can't source a dv cam so he's going to take in-game stills with his digi SLR. I've arranged it so that he's Arnhem's free-press journalist.

God knows if that's historically accurate!

I'll also have my dv cam... so either me, major or your friend can use it.

The one we're paying for is the kid who takes video at PU every weekend. He normally sells DVDs after the fact, this time we're paying to get a copy of all his footage from the day.

Just organised with Oddball to get 3 of his 12V batteries. They will arrive with him on Sunday morning so the CD players will need to have been pre-converted to work with them. This involves wiring 5mm female spade connectors onto wires that attach to the battery compartment.

Also Oddball is fine with us using his Jeep in the way we discussed at the meeting.

Ah great, been fretting about what to do about 12v.

5mm female spade, that looks like a spanner head?

As a qualified engineer that worries me  I'll trust to Yiths skills on that one .

Dont worry, I've attached crocodile clips to the wires to avoid any incompatibilities :)

Ah yes, croc clips. I was waiting for someone to suggest that, well done Yith, you past the test.
