I think we all agree that we need to meet up sharpish to go through some issues

1 Most importantly run through the revised Scenario
2 Organise Pyro purchase
3 Run through the prop list and check we have what we need
4 Finalise Rules for things such as the DRW , radios, ammo drops, smokes ,marschalling etc
5 Agree who's doing what on the weekend
6 Lots of AOB I've forgotten

Proposed venues are Festung Warner in Derby or Schloss Harvey in Nottingham .
Weekends are looking bad for all so it could be an evening meeting , which probably means James and Steve will struggle to make it although feel free to prove me wrong !

Suggest we all post dates when we could make it and then compare to try to get one that suits most .

Im ok for and evening meeting

25th March
26th March
27th March
2nd April
3rd April
4th April
10th April
11th April

All three weekends I am busy / away . Much later than the 11th and I think we'll be too late to organise what's on the list .

Cheers All

From Guy's list I am okay on the following:

26th March - I'll need to know asap if it is this night as I have another booking I'll need to postpone
2nd April
4th April
10th April
11th April

Note that some of these are my wargames club nights that I don't really want to miss... but I will if necessary.

The ones deleted are all nights I have to look after Brendan. Or would suffer if I didn't see Rachel on.

Unfortunately I dont have a "free" weekend for the next 3 months! and sadly, a 300 mile round trip for the purposes of a couple of hours meeting isn't feasable during the working week. Sorry guys.

Indeed you're right. I'm happy to go with what you guys decide, with certain exceptions.

In that case can we make it April 4th as that does not clash with anything I am doing.

Now we just need to decide where we're going...

Could you PM me your address please Gadge.

And it would be great if we could start earlier rather than later - I'm off down to Cornwall the following day, long journey and I'd like to stay awake.
