Vehicles - no problem bringing them on site, owners to drive.
Pyros, choose from the Dangerzone web site - we have a 24 station electric det firer available if we want it.
Hotel roof - no problem if one person goes on the roof to change over flags. Roof not to be used for gaming purposes.
8mm BBs - fine to use them, power to match regular 6mm restrictions (1J + 5% auto, 2.32J max single shot), I have posted this up already.

What about the possiblity of camping on site on the Saturday ?. Quite a few have a long way to come . I for one would be happy to stay the night there after helping set dress on the Saturday as well as making sure it was orderly on someone elses site
The thought of sitting around singing the Panzerleid and talking bollox to like minded people is quite appealing , plus it would save me a drive on the sunday morning .
On weekenders we use the SafeZone building - bed rolls on the benches, or camp beds.
I'll ask if we can get it opened up Saturday afternoon with generators....

Minatures or board ? I must confess to being a AH Squad Leader addict in my youth . I picked up some copies of Panzer Leader and Panzer Blitz on Ebay a while ago with the idea of getting Jaimie (10) into in , but in a female dominated household this hasn't come to pass. 
Miniatures... though it is a hex based game... just big hexes!
