Okay... so I just received a paypal payment from Matt Gabriel (Jaager) for a place in the now full German side.
He's had plenty of time to get the deposit in before now but has missed the boat somewhat.
Do I refund or not?
I was about to refund it, but thought I'd ask you guys for opinions first.
Refund. Alternatively offer him a place on the DRW if he wants it.
Don't turn away customers ! Let him in . - I'd say the same if he was Brit too .
Make it clear though it's a one off as a special not one he can rely on
But how many more are we going to take? We need to cut off somewhere don't we?
The Brits are currently heavily outnumbered, especially if the DRW forces are unlikely to be fighting on their side in the morning.

I'd be tempted to say let him in and stress thats its a one off.
I think the cut off point is important but we shouldnt be rules by it infelxibly, besides out of the 40 axis payers we are *bound* to get one drop out n the mroning.

Yes and we've already agreed for a few more Brits not booked in . 
If he turns up with four mates then it's a no no , the odd one or two wont really effect it all .
Well since CW is probably not available right now... (hols) then I'll change my decision which means I think we have made one...
He's in, but I'll warn him that "his card is marked" next time he won't get in!
I'll miss him out from the booking list though as with Justin (shotagain)...

I'm not sure if you realise but you've actually missed the boat somewhat with this. This German side has been full for about a week!
However I've had a chat with the organisers and we've decided to let you in this one time. You have your place. Note that in order to cause less upset we will not be posting your name on the forum as being booked in.
Please remember this is a one-off. Please ensure your deposit is paid well in advance next time! We'll not be so nice again!
