Don't start buying pyros from third parties Guy - I told you I will be speaking to Phoenix at the weekend. Not only is it discourteous to the site owner they are perfectly within their right to refuse use. I'll sort it.

Mark V is a Mark V -they all buy them from HFM , I hear what your saying but they are already making bucket loads out of this event now we've got our 70 players , some friendly pricing on pyros would be a nice gesture from them if you can do some gentle persuasion .

251 would be ubar cool , but remeber it also costs to transport it there and back . If we get the numbers ofr CR I would love ot have one, but no idea on whether they'd want to do 24 hours or not .

Sorry Guy... Dave is right. Pyro must be bought from Phoenix unless they allow us to buy it from elsewhere... which will need to be checked.

Its not a case of politeness its a case of it being down to their H&S policy and insurance... They can tell us we can't use any pyro we've bought if they like and they'd be completely within their rights.

I'd rather we didn't become a pyro storage facility anyway! Let them take the risk with the bloody stuff!

We do need to start sorting stuff out though... I think the first thing is signage... Since I regard this as being the most important item.

so...

We need place signs for Oosterbeek and Arnhem. Maybe a couple of each.
We need a sign for the Hartenstein hotel. One large one for the front... maybe one for the back?

We need a sign for each of the different places of work... for the DRWs. So thats: Photographer, Butcher, Chemist/Pharmacist, Florist, Tailor and also one for a Hospital... maybe two for the hospital actually. Also please do a Mechanic one as there is an ideal building for that. (these will need to be in dutch ;) )

We need road signs on poles like the one at BotB directing to Nijmegan and Oosterbeek (to be put in the center of arnhem), and one directing to Arnhem and Oosterbeek (to be put near the LZ).

We need road signs for suitable roads around the town... I'll work some out.

We also need german propoganda posters.

We need papers for the civilians.

*backs down in defeat *

Purchasing Manager in me doesn't like paying more for stuff than needs be.
Re IED , I don't expect them to provide anything, nor be upset if we turn up with a crate of bombs :P

Re Signs if you can be arsed a nice one saying

"Hauptquartier" in gothic for the HQ

and another one or two with

"SS FeldGendarmerie" would be good . The FG ones I thought we could use for gold hiding places .

Appreciate we're asking a lot from you on this one David .

I thught a good CiA leaflet might be an idea, we need to decide on the next two events for definate with dates and venue, do a tasty eye candy leaflet, run 500 off.

Or at least some flyers

Well once we know what the expenses are i say we look at whats needed both per event and indefinatley.

Would buying some sets of hire kit pay out i.e. five sets of helmet and webbing for UK , axis and US?

Thats just an idea off the top of my head.

As we aquire resources where do we store them?
