Whenever i try to add it, I just keep on getting the error message: "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."

Yup, I tried both the direct .png link and the "download/file" link. I'll try again...

Right, sorted. Nothing to do with the new medal, it's your team banner whose hosting has gone AWOL. I've removed that - please put it back in when you have resourced the file.
