So balance from TEHL = £332.40.
Minus the £120 for the three places = £212.40
Add the current £179.97 balance for Bryansk = £392.37

Also, who added Pinkpanzer to the list, he says "cheque on it's way" on the booking interest thread but I haven't recieved anything. It may have been me in anticipation, but I just wonder who he may have sent the cheque to.
I've taken no payments for Bryansk at all , nor did I add pink panzer to it .
i suggest PM them both and ask them to pay today via paypal .

I'm unable to at the moment as Paypal have put a limit on the amount I can draw until I add a bank account.

No worries, I'll tell Ed that we miscalculated and counted our photographer in the player count and we actually only had 27 meaning a payment of £810.

Stephen, it's much easier to do this by spreadsheet - when one value changes everything else is in sync. It's much easier to follow too!
So, we made a thumping loss on that game - we need to make absolutely sure this doesn't happen again. If we want to provide cheap games then expenses have to match!
I've got it all on spreadsheet. It's just that the money is currently in two places so it's difficult to manage and a bit all over the place. Once I have the monies you hold I'll add it into my spreadsheet and it will all be in one place. To be honest it's all over the fucking place and I'd have preferred to start with everything in one place in one CiA bank account so that I could keep everything together, but as I was nominated treasurer it was deemed that I should take payments with immediate effect so I had to set all this up on the fly.
We haven't made a thumping loss at all. We agreed at the start that we were going to use some of the leftover from TEHL to purchase re-usables such as tarps and props anyway, but we haven't touched that yet!
We carried over £120 as payment for the drop canisters from TEHL for Carl, Che and Helga's places. So that should be classed as income to this game.
Therefore we had a total of £1082 income including the above to this game.
Outgoings thus far are £978.50
That leaves £103.50 from this game alone (minus whatever we owe TLSFX which shouldn't be that much)
Add that to the £212.40 brought forward from TEHL and the £0.68 from Paypal and that's £316.58 running balance.

Because you have it!! £120 of the monies in to this game are in your bank account to cover the costs for Carl, Che and Helga (Gavin)'s places in lieu of payment for the drop containers they produced for TEHL.
Without that in my Paypal account I only have £962 income.
