If we can wing it as extra organisers, I don't see why they shouldn't play for free , provided the favour is returned. if all it means is a site owner takes a lil less cash ...won't loose any sleep over that .

Anyhoo, I have pretty much done the database for members , I'll post some details tonight /tommorrow on what we might want as data capture, and how we might want to slice and dice it . I've also incorporated a field for numbered membership cards
We can use it for player booking in as well , in fact link it back to the mebership records for integrity .
