Just as a curio for you guys (especially the ones who will portray the Poles). Poles salute with two fingers, not the entire hand. This is always done to a hat or helmet and never to a bare head.

That looks so much like a certain salute I used to make in my woggle wearing days, that as a German player Im going to enjoy taunting the Poles with calls of "dib, dib, dib, dob ,dob,dob"

so that's 4 times for the "Uber-Poles" (and a couple more for little old me)
