Are they MkII or MkIII pouches?

Those are the second pattern MkIII with tab rather than press stud closure.
Early MkIII had the press stud closure and were taller than the MkII to take the sten mags.
MkII were the same size as MkI but the fittings on the back were moved so the pouch rode higher.
