Yeah sure:
You want your jungle greens from 'replicators' as although sanjay is hit and miss hes the only one who does the correct pattern trousers.
If you want to be unquestionably accurate get a KD shirt and JG trousers, there is considerable debate and little hard evidence to prove that JG shirts ever existed.
Slouch hat is available form What Price Glory alhtough Soldier of Fortune sell the same one for a bit more (probably work outthe same with shipping to be honest)
Webbing is 37 pattern standard items although you'll want a SMLE shortened bayonet on it rather than a spike. Webbing was dyed green but looks as good blancoed
Choice of puttees or anklets depending on which regiment you want to do.
Standard ammo boots (although i wear captured japanese tabi boots as they are much nicer and this was done)
Weapon wise you'll want an SMLE, BREN, STEN, 1928 thompson (although you could get away with a M1a1).
There are tons of other little chindit percularities but for airsoft the above should see yo through. Avoid the JG bush jacket or BD jacket btw and stick to the shirt... its the comfiest option.
If you want a helmet rather than slouch hat do 14th army, pretty much the same kit but with helmets and the option to use no4 rifles rather than SMLE
You dont need any insignia as Chindit insignia like shoulder titles and chinthes were its believed by most never worn in the columns and put on on their return. Any rank should be on press studs and clipped on rather than sewn.

Sorry, I just need to add a few things...
I really apologise for pulling apart so much!

Yes, however JG Bush shirts and JG BD Blouses did exist and were worn by Chindits.

WPG now sell a better version than SoF used to. I'm not sure if SoF sell the new version, from the picture on their site it doesn't look like it.

Sorry, webbing was not dyed green until after the chindit operation. Blancoing is the best choice, though unblancoed may in fact be correct. Many large packs were converted to have extra side pouches. Also commando bergens were used and pack frames.

Though M1A1 Thompsons were almost certainly not used by the chindits. An M1 carbine is also a possible. I have met a chindit veteran who used one. Sten should be a MkII if you go for that.

Unfortunately the bush jacket and bd jacket are the more accurate though! I don't like the replicaters BD blouses much, but the WPG ones are quite nice!

Did i say otherwise..? I referenced shirts.

Are you positive on that? Seems strange that I was told by TFSS that it was dyed green en masse,

Yup, just trying to help... note there's no info on the finer points like machetes, styles of slouch hats, no mention of indian webbing, etc.. etc.. ![]()

Yes and we were wrong. We're fairly sure we're right now.

And I never said you couldn't! You could also get away with a No4.
That's a "shoot and scoot" No4.
I'll throw this at you which may or may not help - please ignore the text, I've been waiting for Yith to write it for a couple of years!

You might think long and hard about ordering anything from Replicators. Some people have had goods arrive. Some have even has decent goods arrive. But take a look around multiple forums and you will see complaints about non-arrival of goods, late arrival of goods or goods that arrive and are not as described or are useless junk. His web site is shambolic, he has stolen images from elsewhere (ie not even depicting his handywork) and shows reenactment groups that supposedly buy from him or endorse him, which is a complete fiction.
For all the above reasons, despite one or two items being supplied 'correct' to some people in the past, frankly it would be little more than a gamble ordering from him and it would be irresponsible to 'recommend' him as a supplier. You have been warned.

Yup... personally the only real problem I've had with him is with his European stuff (his braces and gs caps are SHIT, And I wouldn't bother with his denison now SoF sell good ones at a more reasonable price) and a certain slowness of delivery. But he's always replied to my emails and everything I've ordered has turned up.
However I do hear plenty of stories from others about problems, so I've probably been lucky.
