I'm looking for the RE cap badge for Operation Freshman, would this be the correct one to get? Also do I still use the Maroon Beret?

That's a Queen's crown (with the boobies), you want the King's crown (KC) version.
And yes, as you were trained for airborne operations, you still use the Maroon beret.

I brought mine from sof at detling, although it wasn't listed on their web site. Mabye they can help you out?
