Bought craigs uniform for his bday present and whilst getting some yank bits at my local surplus place asked if she had gaiters. she said sure
They look like British army putties, a sight easier to get on & off than US army gaiters

like a bandage over the top of the boot and bottom of the trouser leg. Just rap em round and then tuck the last few inches of the thin bit into itself.

50p? blimey. i checked all the surplus stores in my area they all wanted quite alot. went upto this little crackpot store in a dodgy area and it was a gold mine. got loads there for not alot compared to other places.
