Not 100% sure, but looks like a Beret one.
A Proud Member Of 'Team Spleen!' who play mainly at Gunman Airsoft, Tuddenham, Suffolk.

That'll go on any type of cap.
If its a beret or GS then you make a small slit for the slider to go in. I suggest then putting a couple of stitches through the badge to hold it on. (eg by the feet)
If its an SD cap then you should be able to put in through a gap in the seam of the cap.
If its a slouch hat then it slides onto the pugeree
