Going to post this to launch CR - your comments please , hopefully I've spelled out if not laboured that this game will be very RPG and MILSIM rather than a days do .
If we'ez happy, then I'd like a booking thread please Rich , and we'll take deposits until Arnhems over and then concentrate on this . I just want to get players ot plan this in the diaries early on .

Churchills Revenge on the V1 Scourge

A Comrades in Arms 24 hours game , midday 30th June to midday 1st July IED Airsoft , North Wales . cost

This is great stuf consistancy of the resistance rules lets us build up a 'Comrades in Arms Ruleset'

Yo know then when players come to an event they know therules for 'undercover troops' be they abwehr, resitance, soe or whatever.

they know the rules for support mgs and being 'deployed'

they know the rules for 'mortars'

if we can keep it consistant it will be so cool.

almost like an lrp system.

Yes this was my thuoght too, they don't need ot be too complicated, but hopefully will make it worth the while for players to go resistance as a real alternative to playing in uniform .
It's not LARP as we know it Jim , but we can borrow some of their ideas.

As for having aruleset , totally agree , and think we are 99% there with what we decided for the Bulge, hence why reckon furture events should be easier .

Yith - cheers mate , make us some space for abooking thread !

Cheers

I've booked Ed and Ian at IED to play as DWR at their request . Their knowledge should help the DWR and the Allies greatly , as well as being able ot keep and eye on the game or us .
