Perhaps you could do a bunch of cards saying "I Captured Yith " for him ot hand out 
BTW the balance for the event has gone into the black, as we don't have to pay for two free tickets anymore . 
I was going to print out some schedule/map sheets and laminate them for our use.
(I don't want to know what you're going to use them for, but I'm sure lamination will help considering the weather we've been having)

The seperate missions of 88 assault, convoy attack and final assault you can brief as you go along . The "story" is in the schedule .
