The event is being held at IED airsoft , which is south of Llangollen in North Wales in the woods due west of a village called Glyn Ceriog .
Make your way to Glyn Ceriog, specifically the carpark opposite the Glyn Ceriog Hotel at the end of the Village and there will be pick ups to take you up to the site at :-
Friday 5.30 pm 8 pm 10pm
Saturday 8am 10am 11am
Outside those pick ups you'll have to wait or try to find your own way up ot the site .
You will be allowed to camp on Site on the Friday from 5 pm onwards.
Admin will start at 9.30 Saturday and close at 11 am
Safety brief and deployment will start at 11, with full game on at 12 .
ALL PLAYERS NEED TO BE ON SITE BY 10 AM SATURDAY
The game will continue until 12 am Sunday , with a debrief/photos until 12.30 and departure from 12.30 onwards .
All players must bring a watch, a whistle and good sleeping bag .
Wouldn't happen to have a postcode for that hotel would you, I tried to find it and all I came up with was the Golden pheasant or summit and since the SatNav only works with a postcode...you get where I'm going with this.

Im confused now, the public W.C approx 40m along from the mini roundabout, is that opposite the Glyn Ceriog Hotel?

Yep the bogs are across the road. Once you get to the mini roundabout you're there. Blink and you'll miss GC !
